KUL BHUSHAN

Kul Bhushan was fortunate enough to Born on 13 May, 1956 and brought up in a tiny village at that time Shakar Pur in East Delhi. He did his primary education in the same village and Graduated from Delhi University; Law degree from Campus Law Centre Delhi University in 1981 and 2 Years Post Diploma in Personal Management and Industrial Relations. Enrolled with the BCD in 1982. Actually the period he spent in Delhi University shape him and his thinking drastically. It was the time when country faced emergency and thereafter new political culture developed in the country in which being awakened youth registered his presence.
He, in 1983 joined National Fertilizers Ltd., a Central Government PSU as Junior Executive/ Management Trainee. He worked in different capacities at its various industrial units situated at Punjab Haryana, MP and HQ/ Corporate Office as Legal head which required extensive touring and coordination with field staff and lawyers. He, before superannuating in the year 2016, was performing his duties as Chief Manager (Law). In his career he got opportunity to deal with civil recovery, labour, FERA and cases under essential commodities Act as fertilizers being essential commodities. In nutshell the professional challenges made him a man full of confidence.
After superannuation he engaged in the profession as an advocate and presently devoting most of his time with a trust namely Sanjivayyia Memorial Trust based at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. It is one of the self-sustaining society engaged with the welfare and educational upliftment of downtrodden society under the banner of Society for the Empowerment and welfare of Scheduled Castes Tribes, Minorities and Backwards Employees (SCEWSTAMB) established in the year 1974 by D Sanjivayyia a visionary congress leader, central minister and former CM of Andhra Pradesh. He has special interest in reading, social, cultural and political activities.
He is associating with SIAACBC in the capacity of Members of Editorial Committee of AABC Law Reporter.
