- Shri Kanwar Lal was on born on 16 July 1953. He passed Matriculation in the year 1967 from the High School Bhondsi District Gurugram. He passed BA in the year 1973 from the Govt College of Gurugram.
- He served in Central Govt of India for 39 years in the Department of Customs and Central Excise and retired as Superintendent in the year 2013.
